Meet our head teacher
Jess – Director, Kariong OOSH
With over 20 years of experience in the childcare industry, I am proud to lead Kariong OSHC as its Director. Throughout my career, I have completed both my Certificate III and Diploma in Children’s Services, and I am currently in my eighth year of a double teaching degree at university.
I am deeply passionate about creating a safe, nurturing environment where children feel loved, supported, and empowered to learn. I believe that when children are surrounded by caring, dedicated educators, their potential truly flourishes.

What age groups do you cater for?
We welcome children aged 5 to 12 years for our OOSH and Vacation Care programs.
How do I enrol my child?
Simply join our waitlist and our team will guide you through the enrolment process step by step.
What are your opening hours?
We’re open Monday to Friday, offering Before School Care, After School Care, and full-day Vacation Care during school holidays.

What’s provided?
We provide nutritious morning and afternoon tea, plus access to a wide range of fun, engaging activities and resources.
What should I bring?
Please bring a water bottle, a sun-safe hat, and any additional items required for Vacation Care days (details provided in advance).
How do I stay in the loop?
We use the OWNA app to keep families updated with activities, photos, important information, and your child’s learning journey.
